  • Vanilla: 1 teaspoon (for peanut butter frosting).


How to prepare peanut cake

  1.  Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2.  Sprinkle a baking sheet with oil.
  3.  Mix the flour and sugar in the mixing bowl and set aside.
  4.  In a large microwave safe mixing bowl, mix butter, ghee and water for about 3 and a half minutes until the butter and ghee melt. Add peanut butter and return to the microwave for 40 seconds. Stir until smooth. Add flour and sugar mixture to the hot liquid and stir well. Add milk, baking soda, eggs, then vanilla, and enlarge after each addition.
  5.  Pour in a baking dish, and bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes or until toothpicks come out clean.
  6.  Cool for five minutes.
  7.  The prick cake is pricked with a fork to be frosting.
  8.  To prepare frosting: In a small microwave-safe mixing bowl, combine butter and milk and serve heat until the butter melts. Peanut butter is added and returned to the microwave for 30 seconds. Then add the powdered sugar and vanilla and mix well.

How to prepare peanut cake at home
